01The story
The story of The Daily
The Daily is our Sidr at its most familiar: the jar that lives beside the kettle and the bread basket, opened every morning and never quite put away.
The honey comes from wild sidr trees in the Jordan Valley, where the land sinks below the sea and spring arrives early and warm. Our bees forage the blossom from March into May; we harvest once, gently, and jar by hand.
It is deep amber and slow from the spoon, with warm caramel, dried dates and a soft, woody finish. Raw and unpasteurised, with nothing added — just the season, as it was.
