How may we help?

Questions about an order, a gift or the honey itself — the answers are here, and we are never more than a message away.

Orders & delivery

Where do you deliver?

To every governorate in Jordan. Standard delivery costs JOD 3 within Amman and JOD 4 to the other governorates — and it is complimentary on orders from JOD 50.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes one to two working days in Amman and one to three working days to the other governorates. At checkout you can also choose a preferred delivery date.

Every jar is packed by hand, so a gift arrives looking the way it should.

Can my order arrive today?

In Amman, yes. Choose same-day delivery at checkout before 2 pm and we will bring it to you the same day, for JOD 5. Same-day delivery is not available outside Amman, and it is never included in complimentary delivery.

How do I track my order?

Enter your order number and the email address you ordered with on the tracking page. Your order number begins with MW and appears in your confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to us as soon as you can — WhatsApp is quickest. Until your order leaves us, we can change the address, the date or the contents, or cancel it altogether.

Payment

How can I pay?

Two ways, and neither asks for card details online: cash on delivery, or an instant bank transfer with CliQ. You choose at checkout.

How does cash on delivery work?

You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. If you can, please have the exact amount ready — the total is in your confirmation email.

How does CliQ work?

CliQ is Jordan’s instant bank transfer, available in the app of every local bank. It takes a minute:

  1. Choose CliQ at checkout and place your order.
  2. In your bank’s app, send the total by CliQ to our alias MAWSIM.
  3. Write your order number — it begins with MW — as the reference.
  4. We confirm your order as soon as the transfer arrives, and prepare it for delivery.
Do you accept cards?

Not at the moment. We keep payment simple and safe, and we will never ask you for card details by phone, message or email.

Gifting

Can you deliver a gift straight to someone?

Of course. At checkout, mark your order as a gift and add the recipient’s name and phone number. We deliver to them directly, and the packing slip carries no prices.

Can I include a personal message?

Yes. Write a few words at checkout, or compose a card in the Gift Studio, and it travels inside the box with the honey.

Do you prepare corporate gifts?

We do — for teams, clients and occasions, with your company’s card or message. Tell us what you have in mind and we will reply with a proposal.

The honey

My honey has crystallised. Is something wrong?

Nothing at all — crystallisation is natural. Raw honey that has not been heated or ultra-filtered turns cloudy and firm in its own time, depending on its flowers and the temperature of the room.

It is the same honey, with the same flavour. Spread on warm bread, crystallised honey melts into a soft, creamy layer.

How do I make it flow again?

Gently. Stand the closed jar in a bowl of warm water — warm to the touch, never hot — and stir now and then until it runs again.

Please don’t use the microwave or boil it: strong heat dulls the delicate aromas that make each harvest itself.

How should I store it?

In a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and the stove, with the lid closed tightly. There is no need for the fridge — the cold only makes honey firm. Always use a clean, dry spoon.

What do “raw” and “unpasteurised” mean?

That we leave the honey as the bees made it. It is extracted gently and strained once to remove wax, but never pasteurised, heated or blended, and nothing is added.

Like all honey, it should not be given to babies under twelve months old.

Why does the taste change from one harvest to the next?

Because each harvest is one place and one season. The flowers, the weather and the bees differ every year, so every harvest has its own colour and character — which is why each jar carries its harvest number.

Harvest Passport

What is the Harvest Passport?

Every jar carries a code on its seal strip. Scan the QR code, or type the code on the Passport page, to open your jar’s record: the harvest, the region, the bloom and the number of your jar.

Open a passport

Where do I find my code?

On the harvest strip that folds over the lid, beside the QR code. It looks like S01-0137-AMBR: the honey and harvest, then the number of your jar, then four letters.

Who can see my passport?

Only whoever holds the jar and its code. Passport pages are kept out of search engines, and we record only that a passport was opened — never who opened it.

Across Jordan, by hand and with care.

Every order is packed by hand and delivered by courier to all twelve governorates.

If something isn’t right, we make it right.

Honey is food, so we look after returns a little differently — always in your favour when something has gone wrong.

  1. Damaged or not right on arrival

If a jar arrives damaged, or anything is not as it should be, tell us within three days of delivery and send a photo. We replace it at no cost — or refund you in full, if you prefer.

  2. Unopened, within 14 days

Changed your mind? Unopened jars, gifts and objects in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Write to us first and we will arrange the collection; return delivery is at your cost.

  3. Refunds

We refund by CliQ bank transfer within five working days of receiving your return, whether you paid in cash or by CliQ.

For food safety, we cannot take back jars that have been opened — unless something was wrong with them. The full conditions are in our terms of sale.
