01The story
A season we are waiting for
When summer empties the valley of flowers, the southern highlands are only beginning. Above Tafilah, wild thyme and small mountain herbs bloom in the thin, clear air.
This will be our third harvest, and the last piece of the Harvest Collection. Until it is in the jar, it remains a promise — join the waitlist and we will tell you when it is ready.
02What to expect
We will taste it before we describe it
We know the place, the flowers and the months. The character of the honey we will only know when it is in the jar — until then, we would rather say nothing than promise a flavour.
