Our second season will come from the green hills of Ajloun, where spring meadows flower among oak woods. We will know its character only when it is in the jar.

01The story
A season we are waiting for
Ajloun is the green north of Jordan: oak and pine on rounded hills, stone terraces, cold winters and a long, flower-filled spring. When the valley grows too hot, our hives will climb here.
We will not describe a honey we have not yet tasted. What we can promise is the same care: one place, one season, harvested gently and left raw. Join the waitlist and we will write when it pours.

We know the place, the flowers and the months. The character of the honey we will only know when it is in the jar — until then, we would rather say nothing than promise a flavour.
