The story of The Harvest Trio
Three small jars, three landscapes of Jordan: Sidr from the valley below the sea, wildflower from the green hills of Ajloun, and wild thyme from the stony southern highlands.
Tasted side by side, they show how much a place and a season change a honey — its colour, scent, texture and finish. The trio comes together only when all three harvests are in: Wildflower is expected in spring 2027 and Wild Thyme in summer 2027. Join the waitlist and we will write when it pours.

Ingredients — Three raw honeys — unpasteurised, with nothing added
Storage — Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Crystallisation is natural.
