The story of The Reserve

Each season, a small part of the harvest is set apart. For Harvest 01 we chose the frames capped latest in the bloom and kept them for a single run of 250 jars.

The Reserve is darker and denser than The Daily, with more of the date and the wood and a long, quiet finish. Each jar carries its number on the seal and its own Harvest Passport. When the 250 are gone, this Reserve is gone until the next season.
